He is the sixth fraternity brother to plead guilty to similar charges from this incident. This is a considerably lighter sentence than the original felony charge of life-endangering hazing. He will serve a suspended sentence of one year, and two years of unsupervised probation. According to KOMU, there are five remaining defendants whose criminal cases are still pending.
